Information on the rates

• The prices are per day and apartment, for up to 4 people with a minimum stay of 4 days.
• It is possible to add an extra bed in the bedroom, or to use the couch in the living room as a sleeping couch. For each additional person we charge € 10.00 per person and 5.00 € for children under 14 years.
• The apartments are at your disposal on the arrival day at 2 pm. For a thorough cleaning of the apartments, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment on your day of departure not later than 10 am.
• For your four-legged friends we charge € 10.00 per day.
• When booking, we will ask for a deposit of 200 € per week.

All inclusive

• Children under 3 years are our guests and we offer a special baby package.
• Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and are changed on request free of charge. The prices include final cleaning.
• You are welcome to use our daily “Bread Service”.

Notes on the cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday, we kindly ask you to inform us in time. Cancellation sounds unpleasant, and it is – for you and for us. It is a pity if our apartments stay vacant, although other guest would like to visit us. Pursuant to art. 1382 of the Civil Code, you may cancel the booking at least 60 days prior to your arrival, without paying a cancellation fee.

For cancellations in the period between the 60^th day prior to arrival and the arrival day, we kindly ask for your understanding that we will charge the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellations until 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price;
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total price.

When not taking over the apartment booked for the agreed period of time without cancellation, you are obliged to pay 80% of the total price. In case of early departure, you pay the price for the days you stayed, and 80% of the agreed price for the remaining days.
