Price conditions and discounts

• The prices are per day and apartment, for up to 2 adults and 2 children .
• It is possible to add an extra bed in the bedroom, or to use the couch in the living room as a sleeping couch. For each additional person we charge 20,00 € and 10,00 € for children from 3 to 14 years.
• The apartments are at your disposal on the arrival day at 2 pm. For a thorough cleaning of the apartments, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment on your day of departure not later than 10 am.
• For your four-legged friends we charge € 10.00 per day.
• When booking, we will ask for a deposit of 200 € per week.

Prices shown will from 01.01.14 attract a tourist tax of 1,55 € per person (aged 14 years and over) per day.

We prefer Saturdays as arrival and departure days; minimum stay during summer vacation is 14 days.

Our breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and may be booked separately.

• The apartment prices are per day, including local taxes and BrixenCard, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, utilities, final cleaning and farm experience.
• Children under 3 years are our guests and we offer a special baby package.
• You are welcome to use our daily “Bread Service”.
• Including toboggan and snowshoe rental in the winter, e-bike rental in the summer
• Playroom for children on 100 sqm; table football, table tennis, climbing wall, toddler area and much more.
• 1 x dinner in the guest room
• 1 hour supervised “barn time” with the farmer’s wife Angelika
